The US Department of Education fails to implement FITARA and earns a F score. FITARA Score is a a scoring system used to grade federal agencies on the percentage of planned savings in comparison to those achieved for spending on information technology (IT). IT Portfolio Review Savings – each agency’s total portfolio savings divided by its total IT budget. The result is compared to the leading agency’s ratio.
